Daniel's LAST First Day of School

Yeah we have a senior! This is a scary year for Daniel since he really likes his school so much.  This will be a big change for him as he closes out the year.

Beach Time!

It's been a great tradition to vacation in the Outer Banks.  This year we joined the Maitland family and we had a great time. We did experience some bugs and dust in the house.  Wendy's mom joined us this year and boy - she did a great job feeding us some great dinners.

 

The group decided to take a drive to Ocracoke Island.  We had lunch at a local restaurant that served some nice seafood and impossible burger that Daniel was able to eat.

 

 

 

Trip back to Virginia to hang out with friends

On May 31, we took a trip back to see friends and families.  We had shrimp and crabs at Naghmeh's house after we had manicures. 

  

it's time to prep the garden

This spring Melissa and I combined an idea of making a wildflower garden in between our garages.  It turned out nice.

This year was also the last year of Green Valley Growers before the owners retired.  Most of my plants were from that garden center.

 

Snow Day from Jan 25

Honor Roll

Daniel made honor roll on two report card this year so he earned an academic letter. 

  

 

Meet and Greet with a Grey Wolf

 My son wanted to do the meet and greet with a wolf.  The Ohio Canid Group were wonderful.
