Gift Card Pillow Holder -
I ran into this idea on another blogger site. I don't have the info in front of me but when I find it I will post the URL to the site.  It's a great idea for different way of giving a gift card.  I made this one for my goddaughter's birthday.  I made a few others for this year's Christmas season.  It was pretty fast to sew them up once you get the hang of the panel order.  I made the first one as a cube but the ones I made for Christmas were shorten so they look more like a rectangle.

Crayola Crayon App -
When we are waiting for a table on a busy weekend at a local restaurant, we use an iPad to keep my son entertained.  Thank you to Crayola Crayon HELLO! drawing app.  Here are some of his wonderful artwork.  I'm thinking of pulling a few of these drawings together to make a nice calendar for the grandparents. :-)

Wow, this is my first time blogging.  The main reason why I wanted to start a personal blog is to have a place in the cloud to store some ideas and photos of my craft projects.

My husband mentioned to many of our friends that I have the TMC (Too Many Crafts) syndrome.  Which I can say that is true but I try to scale it back when I can.  I enjoy working on different things. Crafting is my way of working off stress.  It makes me happy.   In this blog, I plan to post photos and comments about my past craft projects plus it will be a great resource for me to have if I decide to reproduce an item for another time.

All my projects are given away, I usually do not keep any for myself so all I have are photos of what I made.  I enjoy making things for other people.  In fact, I am a volunteer for two charity groups:  Heavenly Angels in Need and for Teeny Tears. Both of these groups are organizations supporting families and baby's born early in NICUs throughout the USA.  I will also share photos of my latest gown and quilt projects for these groups.

Thanks for visiting.
